Break the habit of wasting fresh produce.
Foods spoils quicker in their natural state (unproccessed, without preservatives), so they should be eaten within the first 3-4 days of purchase (or from being picked).
Buy what you need at the moment. (unless you are naturally preserving for later!) Stop hoarding! This may increase grocery trips but will minimize shopping time and money spent on groceries!
