So technically speaking my mantra muse monday is late. Life has been happening and new jobs and new experiences. Never the less here is your mantra monday!!!!!
This is an invocation between teacher & student, which acknowledges their roles are interchangeable, and asks that their work together be fruitful. Shiva, the God in the image above, is said to be the first yoga teacher.

May we be protected. May we be nourished. May we work together with great energy. May our study be brilliant. May the energy between us, and our personal relationship to the work be good. Om Peace Peace Peace.
